Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment system. We do not store your full payment information.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, the information supplied is accurate, and charges will be honored by your payment provider.
Currency and International Pricing
Customers shopping from outside the United States may have the option to view prices in their local currency through the website’s currency selector. When a local currency such as Canadian Dollars (CAD) is selected, prices are automatically converted from USD based on current exchange rates provided by Shopify or its payment processors. The final amount charged may vary slightly depending on your bank or credit card provider’s exchange rate at the time of transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Lola James is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and processed.
Certain items may be final sale, including resale or discounted items.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide the payment processor with all relevant documentation related to the transaction.
Submitting fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension of future purchases from Lola James.
Fraud Prevention
